vpkr Terms & Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and vpkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vpkr website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on vpkr, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

vpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to vpkr is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are aged 21 years or above at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• Are accessing the platform as a private individual and not in any professional or commercial capacity on behalf of a third party without prior written consent from vpkr.
• Are not residents of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by vpkr or any other gaming platform or regulatory body.

vpkr reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents — including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — to verify age and identity at registration or at any subsequent point during account use. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus play may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) vpkr account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. vpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. vpkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact vpkr support immediately via live chat.

vpkr reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

vpkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment system, and 1LINK. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change.

Deposits are credited to your vpkr account upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. vpkr is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment networks outside our direct control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's identity must have been fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the vpkr account holder.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.
• vpkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing timelines.

vpkr does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vpkr bears no responsibility.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

vpkr offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. vpkr reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion carries a wagering requirement, which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless stated otherwise.
• vpkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other players — will have bonus funds forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

vpkr is the final arbiter of all bonus-related disputes. Decisions made by vpkr's compliance team are binding subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Clause 14.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the vpkr platform — including slots, live casino titles, virtual sports, and cricket betting markets — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer infrastructure supplied by licensed and independently audited game providers.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. vpkr does not alter RTP values outside those established by the game provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, game freeze, or software error — vpkr reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrable technical fault may be voided at vpkr's discretion.

Cricket and sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In cases of match abandonment, postponement, or void fixture, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published on the vpkr sportsbook page.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vpkr platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by vpkr.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on vpkr ("money laundering").
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter formally with vpkr support.
• Accessing vpkr from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other obfuscation tool to disguise your true location.

vpkr employs real-time fraud detection and monitoring systems. Players identified as engaging in any prohibited conduct will not receive advance notice of account restriction.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the vpkr platform — including but not limited to the vpkr brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vpkr or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vpkr platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any vpkr content without explicit prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of vpkr's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vpkr's total aggregate liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vpkr shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside vpkr's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites or services linked from the vpkr platform.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes vpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

vpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or licence conditions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vpkr reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified remaining real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting vpkr support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

vpkr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vpkr will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

vpkr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all vpkr account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.

14 Governing Law & Disputes
